These two ’sculptural drawings’ are a quick preview of the installation I will be putting together for next week’s OBJECT exhibition (Paperhorse Studios, Rundle Mall, Adelaide).  The installation will also include the Golden Koi shoes (as written about in a previous post) together with a variety of jewellery and wearable objects made from hand-illustrated heat-formed plastics.

Sadly, this will be my last show as part of Paperhorse Studios. I will miss the studio kids dearly, and I look forward to having one last (big) send off. The exhibition will showcase the work of resident artists:

Dan Withey, Danica Wellsheitman (aka Nickas), Lauren Sutter, James Dean, Egija Mittenberga, Stasi Kotaris, Suzanne Karagiannis and Lisa King.
And welcoming guest artist ‘Julian Ishere’.

Unfortunately, this blog will be undergoing a short hiatus over the coming weeks whilst I stumble awkwardly into the final weeks of my Masters thesis.  I will still try to update it now and then, but apologies in advance for the general silence.

In the meantime, here are some artists and blogs that are worthy of procrastination time:
